EOG's are here! Students will be taking the reading EOG on Tuesday and the math EOG on Wednesday. Testing starts at 9:30 so please be on time! I've encouraged students to bring a water bottle, non-messy snack to have in the morning, and a good book to read if they finish up early. Our lunch schedule will be pushed back so that all students have around 3 hours in the room to test. If students need more time, they are allowed to have that time.
During our class time, students will work on creating their PSA's on the water issue they selected and write a formal invitation to share about their presentations. In social studies, our class will learn about people who have made an impact on history during the women's suffrage and civil rights movements. Following this, students will be asked to write a rap, song, poem, or dress up in the character of the person to demonstrate their knowledge of how this person impacted our culture. In math, we'll be playing games and brushing up on skills as a review of the entire year. I look forward to enjoying our final two weeks together, Amy Flowers [email protected]
